Wannabe Martha

Still trying to figure out which Martha

Sunday Sillies

on October 13, 2013

Every mother has, at least once, and usually due to circumstances beyond her control, been forced to send less-than-acceptable fare to school in her child’s lunchbox.  Great effort is made to sneak the offending item into the lunchbox – wrapping it in the napkin, piling the chips & cookies on top; generally to little avail.  Somehow the little wretches have a 6th sense about the contents of the lunchbox and then raise all kinds of stink upon discovery that a mere PB&J occupies the sandwich bag instead of a pesto chicken Panini.

But now, thanks to Lunch Disguise Sandwich Bags, this morning trial is a thing of the past. The unfortunate discovery won’t be made until the child is safely at school, while Mama is safely somewhere else.

All I want to know is, how did we ever manage without them?

Something tells me that if you used these, one of your daughters would make you a sandwich and return the favor. Then, twenty years later, you could all laugh about it again.

It’s good to get silly. We need to do that more often.

Maeve, it’s a prototype. Who knows if it will go to market? Let’s hope it will!
